This building needed repair work due to poor decoration from others, Paint had started peeling off the cladding showing exposed metal behind. Our Client wanted all the failing paint pressure washed before repainting the cladding. After the cladding was done, the client picked from the standard RAL colours for the windows and doors to finish off the building. The doors had some damage from previous tenants which was repaired and painted to modernise and freshen up the building.
